Below is some information regarding STDs that are reportable to the CDC:

Diseases that are typically reportable to the CDC include:

• Chancroid
• Chlamydia trachomatis
• Gonorrhea
• Hepatitis B
• Hepatitis C
• Syphilis, including congenital syphilis
